How Revisions Work
To ensure you absolutely love the final result while staying on schedule, every project includes two free rounds of revisions per benchmark. Here is how it works:
What a "Revision Round" looks like:
Step 1:
Delivery
I send you the completed benchmark (EG: Logo Sketches) From here, you will have a few days to review the piece.
Step 2:
Feedback
After reviewing, you will compile a list of all changes and send them to me. Piecemeal feedback (sending changes via multiple emails, texts, or calls) will not be accepted as part of a free round.
Step 3:
Changes Made
I apply your compiled feedback and deliver the updated design piece back to you (titled Rev#_Name). This completes one full round.
Each project benchmark comes with two free revisions. Revisions beyond this point will be billed at $70/hr until current project benchmark is approved. The original project deadline is also subject to being affected.
